How to Register to Access University Radiology’s PACS MagicWeb
To View Patient Reports & Images

To register to access your patient’s reports and images over the Internet, you will first need to
complete a HIPAA Security Agreement form. (Print HIPAA Security Agreement Form). After you have completed this form, please fax it to 732-390-5602 to begin the process.

As soon as we receive your signed security agreement, we will create an account for you. Your Login and Password will be sent to you via your email address. At this time, we will also email instructions for installing the necessary software on your Internet connected PC. (Print PACS MagicWeb Installation Instructions). The installation should only take a few minutes. We are available to provide assistance if needed.
